This programme is primarily aimed at people with repeated acts of angry outbursts. This might include people who become habitually aggressive when they feel threatened. All people referred to the programme are screened for suitability.

The Anger Control Training is currently available to mainly outpatients, who have been referred for or are currently engaged in Psychotherapy. The group runs for 12 weekly sessions and attendance at the training can occur alongside individual psychotherapy.
